Neri Consulting is an employee benefits and HR consulting firm based in Viroqua, Wisconsin. We work with employers across the region who are looking for a more strategic, transparent, and genuinely helpful approach to benefits and HR, one that's built around their actual needs rather than what's easiest to sell.

Our work spans three areas: employer benefits strategy, HR support and administration, and individual and Medicare planning. We help clients in all three because the challenges often overlap, and because having one trusted partner who understands the whole picture tends to produce better outcomes than working with multiple vendors who don't talk to each other.

Most consultants arrive with a playbook. They ask a few questions, recommend what they already know, and move on. We do it differently.
